Extract an Order From a PDF
Upload a purchase order, sales order or customer order PDF. Ordia reads the document, extracts the customer, products, quantities, units, delivery date and notes, and lets you download the result as PDF, Excel, CSV or JSON.

Limitations & privacy
- Files up to 10 MB, up to 5 pages read for scanned PDFs
- Free plan: 3 successful extractions per day per visitor
- The Toolbox organizes documents. It does not match products to a catalog or send orders to an ERP — those live in the Ordia Platform.
- Your uploaded file is stored privately in your Ordia workspace after you sign in. It is never shared or indexed by search engines.

How can I extract order lines from a PDF?▾

Do I need to install anything?▾
No. The PDF to Order tool runs entirely in your browser. Drag your file, wait a few seconds, and the organized order appears on screen.
Can Ordia read scanned PDFs?▾
Yes. Ordia falls back to OCR automatically when the PDF has no embedded text. It still recognises the customer, products and quantities.
Does this send my order to my ERP?▾
The Toolbox only organizes and exports the order. Automatic ERP delivery, catalog matching and approval workflows are part of the Ordia Platform — the paid tier of Ordia.
